Latch Magnets are made of a strong ceramic magnet fixed into a
zinc plated steel channel to form a latch magnet assembly with
holding power on one large surface. We call them channel
magnets, too. They provide up to more times the
strength of individual magnet. Latch magnets are very useful in many
fields. Used mainly as a door latch, it can also be used to hold
nameplates, fixtures or other ferrous metal objects. The products
are magnetic permanently, and highly resistant to heat.
Many sizes and finishes can be
manufactured according to your specifications. All round bases and
some channels and sandwiches shapes are available in a zinc coating,
or black powder coat finish.
