Cependant, de nombreux autres \u00e9l\u00e9ments y sont ajout\u00e9s, chacun jouant un r\u00f4le sp\u00e9cifique au sein de l&#039;aimant. Les fabricants con\u00e7oivent souvent leurs formulations en fonction des besoins des utilisateurs, ce qui explique que la composition des mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res soit un secret bien gard\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>La douzaine d&#039;\u00e9l\u00e9ments qui composent les aimants NdFeB fritt\u00e9s sont comparables aux diff\u00e9rents assaisonnements d&#039;un plat. C&#039;est la combinaison scientifique et syst\u00e9matique de ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments, aux propri\u00e9t\u00e9s et fonctions intrins\u00e8ques distinctes, qui conf\u00e8re aux aimants NdFeB leurs diff\u00e9rentes qualit\u00e9s et propri\u00e9t\u00e9s. Comprendre l&#039;importance de chaque \u00e9l\u00e9ment est essentiel pour appr\u00e9hender au mieux les performances et les co\u00fbts de fabrication des diff\u00e9rentes qualit\u00e9s. Cependant, en raison des diff\u00e9rents proc\u00e9d\u00e9s de production employ\u00e9s par les fabricants de mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res, des \u00e9carts surviennent fr\u00e9quemment. Par exemple, le rapport Pr\/Nd peut varier de 20:80 \u00e0 25:75, la teneur en GdFe peut \u00eatre inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 75% et la teneur en B du BFe peut fluctuer consid\u00e9rablement d&#039;un lot \u00e0 l&#039;autre. Par cons\u00e9quent, il est imp\u00e9ratif de prendre en compte la teneur r\u00e9elle indiqu\u00e9e dans le rapport de contr\u00f4le qualit\u00e9 de chaque lot avant d&#039;utiliser les mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res.<\/p>\n<p>Chaque \u00e9l\u00e9ment d&#039;un aimant NdFeB poss\u00e8de ses propres propri\u00e9t\u00e9s uniques, telles que\u00a0:<\/p>\n<p>\u25c7 L\u2019introduction des \u00e9l\u00e9ments La et Ce r\u00e9duit la r\u00e9manence (Br) et la coercivit\u00e9 (Hcj) de l\u2019aimant, mais ils sont tr\u00e8s peu co\u00fbteux, ce qui r\u00e9duit les co\u00fbts\u00a0;<\/p>\n<p>\u25c7 Le Nd pur rempla\u00e7ant le PrNd pour former REFeB a une aimantation \u00e0 saturation tr\u00e8s \u00e9lev\u00e9e et peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 pour pr\u00e9parer des aimants \u00e0 r\u00e9manence ultra-\u00e9lev\u00e9e\u00a0;<\/p>\n<p>\u25c7 L\u2019introduction d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ments Tb peut augmenter consid\u00e9rablement le Hcj de l\u2019aimant, mais elle est extr\u00eamement co\u00fbteuse\u00a0;<\/p>\n<p>\u25c7 Les \u00e9l\u00e9ments Gd sont relativement peu co\u00fbteux, et le REFeB form\u00e9 \u00e0 partir d&#039;eux a la temp\u00e9rature de Curie la plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e, permettant la pr\u00e9paration d&#039;aimants r\u00e9sistants aux hautes temp\u00e9ratures, mais il r\u00e9duit consid\u00e9rablement le Br.<\/p>\n<p>Pour comprendre comment combiner les \u00e9l\u00e9ments afin de fabriquer des aimants aux performances requises au moindre co\u00fbt, il est n\u00e9cessaire de comprendre les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s de chaque \u00e9l\u00e9ment du NdFeB.<\/p>\n<p>Le co\u00fbt des mat\u00e9riaux repr\u00e9sente entre 80% et 90%, voire plus, du co\u00fbt total, principalement repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 par les cat\u00e9gories \u201c\u00a0\u00e9lev\u00e9\u00a0\u201d et \u201c\u00a0faible\u00a0\u201d. Le signe \u201c\u00a0-\u00a0\u201d indique des quantit\u00e9s tr\u00e8s faibles ajout\u00e9es ou des prix bas, ayant peu d&#039;impact sur le co\u00fbt global.
